Quaint Colonial Farmhouse

This country house was brought to my attention by the local code enforcer Ron Vendetti. An investor bought this house and let it sit for several years, it was going to go to auction for back taxes the following year. I bought this house for $6,000 plus the back taxes which were $13,000. My crew and I gutted this house down to the studs and completely remodeled it from the ground up. It is now a beautiful energy efficient, maintence free home for the family that bought it for $139,900 :)
