Flip Side Restorations was founded by Michelle Clarke, a Rochester native with a passion for breathing new life into old homes. She has a creative vision and ability to look past what things are and can see what they could become. She is driven by passion and creativity but is also adept in all of the trades and up to date on current building codes. Michelle is proficient in every step of the house flipping process, she has experience managing several large projects and six figure funds. Interior design and Feng Shui has always come naturally to her but exposure to the design, architecture and Feng Shui while traveling the world filled her with new passion and a pursuit to learn and take classes. Flip Side Restorations is currently offering services for interior design, Feng Shui, investment consultation and project management.
